Principal Consultant, Unify Consulting
As Principal Consultant at Unify, Jimmy provides strategic guidance across all facets of real estate portfolios. With over two decades of experience in engineering, project management and land development, he combines deep technical knowledge with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks — navigating complex stakeholder environments to keep projects on plan and on schedule.
Before real estate, Jimmy captained Canada's Senior Men's National Cricket Team — leadership under pressure that now shows up in how he runs a project team and a municipal file.

What areas do you work in?
Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland — Surrey, Langley, Vancouver, Mission and the surrounding municipalities.
What types of structures do you take on?
Specialty structures are the focus: signage of all types, glazing and curtain wall, canopies and guards, and solar on both roof and ground mount. We also handle residential structural design, from single homes to multi-unit
Can you work with our fabricator or installer?
Yes, and it's how most of the work runs. We coordinate directly with fabricators, installers, glaziers and general contractors, and with your architect where there is one.
How quickly can you turn around a stamped drawing?
Most enquiries get a call within one business day and a scope with a firm turnaround shortly after. Timeline depends on the structure and whether existing drawings are available.
Will you review a structure someone else designed?
Yes. Review and sealing of existing designs is regular work, including capacity assessment on existing buildings for solar and signage attachment.
How is your fee structured?
It depends on site size and scope. We put a clear fee and schedule on paper before any work begins.
